One piece. Hand carved and polished by a family-run stone cutter manufactory in Idar Oberstein, Germany.

No need to be pierced.
Measurements: diameter 17mm, thickness of 4mm. 

Please take care to not let them fall on stone surfaces to prevent from breaking.  Store separately, keep away from acids.
